Semiconductor capacitors allow you to model the capacitance as a function of the geometry.

| L | Length of the capacitor in meters. | |
| W | Width of the capacitor in meters. If width is not specified, then it is taken from the default width (DEFW) given in the model. | |
| IC | The initial condition is the initial (time-zero) value of capacitor voltage in Volts. Note that the initial conditions apply 'only' if the UIC (Use Initial Condition) option is enabled in the Transient Analysis dialog box. This parameter is optional. | |
| Model | Specify the model name. The model name can be omitted if the values of CJ, CJSW and NARROW parameters are specified directly. | |
| CJ | Junction bottom capacitance. Specify a value for this parameter only if you do not specify a model. | |
| CJSW | Junction sidewall capacitance. Specify a value for this parameter only if you do not specify a model. | |
