Use the Application Properties dialog box to set startup options.

To change the startup options

  1. From the Settings menu, click Application Properties or press the CTRL+ALT+A key combination.

  2. In the Application Properties dialog box, click the Environment tab.

  3. In the At startup section, do the following:
    Select For

    Reopen the last job

    Automatically open the last job when starting the program.

    Reload libraries when the application starts

    Restore libraries that were open during previous use.

    Check for updates when the application starts

    Check for updates each time the program is started.

    Show messages and news when the application starts

    Open a page with information about new features or changes to the program each time is started.
  4. Click Ok.
