When an object is created it assumes the default style set for that class of objects. It is particularly useful to set a default style for complex objects such as diagrams or dimension lines directly in a drawing template file.
To set the default style of objects
Open the Document Properties dialog by selecting the Settings » Document Properties command or using the CTRL+ALT+D key combination.
Open the Object styles tab.
Click on the object class and set the corresponding style parameters.
