Choose the Graphics » Arc » Center, X-axis, Y-axis, Start angle, End angle command or click the
tool in the toolbar.

Specify the center.

Specify the length of the x-axis.

Specify the length of the y-axis.

Specify the starting angle.

Specify the end angle.
The arc can be created clockwise or counterclockwise by pressing the TAB key.
To create a closed arc at the center choose the Closed center command in the tool menu.
To create a arc closed to the chord choose the Closed to the chord command in the tool menu.
The arc is created in the current pen style.
Commands and options
To start a new arc press the SPACEBAR.
To close the tool without drawing the arc, press ESC.
To specify the coordinates of the points or the value of the lengths you can use the pointing device or you can press INS to open the dialog box for entering values.
