1. Choose the command Graphics » Arc » Start, End, Radius or click the tool in the toolbar.

  2. Specify the starting point.

  3. Specify the end point. You can use the pointing device or you can open the dialog box for entering values. In the dialog box, the coordinates of the endpoint can be specified as follows:

    • By typing the point coordinates directly.

    • By specifying the offset from the starting point.

    • Specifying the inclination of the line relative to the horizontal axis and its length.

  4. Specify the radius.

    The arc can be created clockwise or counterclockwise by pressing the TAB key.

    To create a closed arc at the center choose the Closed center command in the tool menu.

    To create a arc closed to the chord choose the Closed to the chord command in the tool menu.

The arc is created in the current pen style.
