You can run a macro simply by selecting an item from the macros menu 
or by calling it using the Run Macro command.
In order to call a macro from the macros menu, you must first customize the macros menu.
To run a macro

Choose the File » Run Macro command.

A dialog box opens where you can select the file. Choose the file and click on Ok.
