Use this dialog when you need to have precise control over the angle of rotation of a single object or group of objects.

To open this dialog, choose the command Rotate in the menu Operations or

button on the toolbar.
This dialog box is also displayed when you select the Angle
Specify the rotation angle.
Center
Specify the point to be used as the center of rotation.
- Hotspot

If you check this box, the object is rotated with respect to its hotspot.

If this box is checked, the object is rotated with respect to the selection reference point. See the Centre of transformation.
