You can extract individual objects from a symbol without separating all the objects that compose it.
To remove objects
Perform the following operations:
Select the Edit tool

Hold down SHIFT and click on the objects to be extracted from the symbol.

Choose the Schematic » Symbol » Remove command or click the
button in the toolbar.
The objects removed from the symbol maintain the order of reciprocal overlap and are placed immediately above the symbol from which they come.
