A Net Label object allows you to assign a certain name to a connection. When generating the net list, each connection is given a name; if you want a certain connection to have a certain name, you must place a Net Label object next to a wire that is part of the connection. In addition to providing a name for a connection, a Net Label also allows you to connect the points of a circuit without physically connecting them together. In fact, an electrical connection between two pins of a scheme can be made physically via a wire but also logically using Net Labels.
