Objects can be converted from their source type to a different type. For example, a curve can be converted to a shape or an image. You can convert text characters into curves and then edit and resize them like any other drawing object.
To convert a graphic object into a shape
Perform the following operations:
Select the objects to convert.
Choose the Operations » Convert » To Shape command or click the
tool in the toolbar.
To convert an object to a bitmap image
Perform the following operations:
Select the objects to convert.
Choose the Operations » Convert » To Image command or click the
tool in the toolbar.
